Save or Open a Virtual Flipchart

 

The entire Virtual Flipchart—including pages, annotations, imported images, etc.—can be saved for later reference. Similarly, you can open a Virtual Flipchart that was saved during a previous video conference.

Saving a Virtual Flipchart

To save a Flipchart:

 
  1. On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Actions button. This will display the Actions sub-menu.
  2. Click the Save as... button and follow the prompts.

Opening a Previously Saved Flipchart

To open a Flipchart:

 
  1. On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Actions button. This will display the Actions sub-menu.
  2. Click the Open button and follow the prompts.
