Insert an Image on the Virtual Flipchart Canvas

Importing an Image
To add an image to the canvas:

On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Shapes button. This will display the Shapes sub-menu.

Click the Image button.

A dialogue window will open, asking you to select the image file to import. Navigate to the appropriate folder, select the filename, and click the Open button.
If you don't see your image file listed, try selecting a different option under Files of Type.

The cursor will change to show a miniature icon of mountains. Click or tap inside the canvas to place your image.
If swyMed asks whether you want to reduce the image size for a faster upload, select Yes. Your meeting participants will still be able to see the image without using unnecessary bandwidth.
Resizing an Image
To change the size of an image on the canvas:

On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Shapes button. This will display the Shapes sub-menu.

Click the Selector button.

Left-click on the image you want to resize.

Click and drag the blue circles on the image's outline.
Moving an Image on the Canvas
To move an image to a different location on the canvas:

On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Shapes button. This will display the Shapes sub-menu.

Click the Selector button.

Left-click on the image you want to move.

Click on the middle of the image and drag the image to its new location.
