Add or Remove a Page on the Virtual Flipchart Canvas

 

When someone opens Virtual Flipchart, by default only one page is prepared for collaboration. However, you may add or delete a page at any time.

 

Remove pages with caution; when you delete a page, you will permanently lose all objects currently on that page, even if they are not in view.

Adding a Page to the Canvas

To add a new page to the canvas:

 
  1. On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Pages button. This will display the Page Navigator.
  2. Click the white outline to insert a page.
     
  3. The new page will automatically be selected.
  4. Click on the canvas above the page thumbnails. Now you are ready to use the new page of the Virtual Flipchart.

Removing a Page from the Canvas

To remove a page from the canvas:

 
  1. On the main toolbar across the bottom of the screen, click or tap the Pages button. This will display the Page Navigator.
  2. When you hover the cursor over the thumbnail of the page to be deleted, the thumbnail will display an orange outline and a gray X in the upper right corner.

    Click the X to delete the page.
     
  3. In the confirmation dialogue box, click Yes.
  4. To return to editing, click or tap the thumbnail of the page you want. Then click on the canvas above the page thumbnails.
