User Profile

Your swyMed user profile lets you control how others see your name and contact information. Completing your profile will:

• Help your colleagues find you more easily by identifying you by your contact information.
• Allow your colleagues to connect with you more easily by phone or email, as well as via swyMed.

To update your profile details:

1. At the bottom of the main Directory window, click or tap the More button.

2. In the pop-up menu, tap or click the My Profile button.

3. Tap or click the Edit My Profile button.

4. To edit an item, hover the mouse cursor over the field. A pencil icon will appear to the right of the field; click the pencil icon.

5. Enter the information you would like others to see. Only registered users within your domain will be able to view this information.

6. When you are finished, tap or click the Back button at the top of the window; this returns you to the main Directory window.
