Accessing Speaker Settings during a Call

To open speaker settings:

 
  1. On the in-call toolbar at the top of the screen, click or tap the Hear button.
     
  2. The "Hear" sub-menu will be displayed.

Muting Your Speaker during a Call

To turn "mute" ON or OFF for your speaker:

 
  1. Bring up the "Hear" sub-menu as directed above.
  2. Click or tap the Mute or Unmute button as appropriate. Make sure you select the button for the speaker.
     
  3. When you are finished, click the Back button to return to the main in-call menu.

Adjusting Your Speaker's Volume during a Call

To change the output volume of your speaker:

 
  1. Bring up the "Hear" sub-menu as directed above.
  2. Click or tap the Speakers volume button. Make sure you select the button for the speaker.
     
  3. Adjust the slider as desired.
  4. When you are finished, click the Back button to return to the main in-call menu.

Switching to a Different Speaker during a Call

To select another speaker that is already connected to your device:

 
  1. Bring up the "Hear" sub-menu as directed above.
  2. Click or tap the Change Speakers button. Make sure you select the button for the speaker.
     
  3. Your available speakers will be displayed. The currently selected speaker will have an orange icon and label on a lightened background. Click or tap the button for your desired speaker.
  4. When you are finished, click or tap the Home button to return to the main in-call menu.

    Shortcut

    Right-click on your video image and select Speakers. Then select your desired device.
