Send Feedback or Suggestions during a Video Call

SwyMed welcomes feedback and suggestions from users. We consider each recommendation carefully to determine how to improve the swyMed app for ease of use.

Follow the steps below to send feedback while in a video call.

1. On the in-call toolbar at the top of the screen, click or tap the Help button.

2. Click or tap the Suggestions button.

3. Your email application will open with a pre-addressed message ready for you to enter your suggestions.

4. When you are finished, click the Send button in your app. Close the email app to return to your swyMed call.
