Reduce Image Resolution for Lower Bandwidth Usage

In addition to limiting your upload bandwidth, you can lower your bandwidth usage by decreasing the demands of your audio/video data stream.

For instance, a lower image resolution will reduce the amount of video data that must be transferred to other meeting participants; this causes the total bandwidth consumption to drop.
