I hear an echo of my voice over the audio feed.
Possible Causes:
• Your microphone is too close to the speaker
• Another participant's microphone is too close to the speaker
• Another participant's speaker volume is too high
• Your location has multiple microphones that are picking up your voice
• No Internet connection
Possible Solutions:
• Use echo-canceling speaker/microphone unit
• Turn the microphone and speaker volumes as low as possible without losing function; ideally, the microphone volume level should be lower than the speaker volume
• Wear earbuds or headphones to hear the audio feed
• Place the microphone and speaker farther apart, at least 36 inches apart if possible
• Ask all participants to mute their microphones when not speaking
• At your location, mute the microphones that are not being used
