Possible Causes:

 • Simplified GUI is enabled

Possible Solutions:

 • Log out of swyMed, disable Simplified GUI, and log in again

 • Make sure that you are clicking on the calendar and holding down the left mouse button while you swipe

I can't join my scheduled event.

Possible Causes:

 • The host has not started the call yet

I can't start/join my scheduled event.

Possible Causes:

 • The event's end time has passed

Possible Solutions:

 • Once the event's end time has passed, the event cannot be started or joined

I can't edit my scheduled event.

Possible Causes:

 • The event's end time has passed

Possible Solutions:

 • Once the event's end time has passed, the event cannot be edited
