Call Reminders
If an alarm has been set for a pre-scheduled call, then a pop-up reminder will appear at the preset time. The swyMed app must be running for this to occur.
The call reminder is designed to prompt you to manually start the call. SwyMed will not initiate the call for you.
If the scheduled call time has not yet arrived:
You may open the swyMed calendar, postpone the reminder for 5 minutes, or dismiss the reminder.
If the designated start time has arrived:
You may open the swyMed calendar or dismiss the reminder.
The window showing the call event details will change depending on whether the designated start time has arrived yet; if so, then you can click or tap Initiate call to start the call with the individual(s) selected. Prior to the call's start time, you can only modify or delete the event.
